May Photos
So, I finally managed to get my May photos edited and ready to go. I have been pretty busy, so I will just be sharing the photos and trying not to write too much. I will start off with the rainbow I caught at work early in the month.
I also caught several sunsets. Now that the days are longer, I am not getting out in time for the sunrise, but the sunsets have been fantastic.
I also got one photo of this little white butterfly (moth?) I love how the white sticks out from the red dirt.

While at work, two days in a row, I almost stepped on this little treefrog on the sidewalk. Fortunately, I was paying attention and was able to shoo him off into the grass.

I love taking my dogs to the dog park in the mornings. It's so peaceful and there are usually a lot of birds and insects that are a challenge to get photos of. Here is a photo of the field that is within the dog park. There is a large, clear area on the side near the gate and then a path around the large grassy field and several cut through paths within it. The dogs love running in the grass, some bounding up and down to see their way, others nose down trying to find prey.

Here are some artistic endeavor photos of some of the grass.

I also love how the dew is so sparkly in the mornings on the plants.

Speaking of birds, here are some.

Possibly a sparrow

A robin, who found an unusual place to put her nest.

Mushrooms also tend to sprout up in the field, though there are more later in the year than there tend to be in the Spring.

Flowers, flowers, everywhere. Especially in the Spring. These are all in the fields.

Queen Anne's Lace. One of my favorite flowers. I remember as a child thinking they looked so regal.

Tanacetum

I have no idea what this is. It appears to be a smallish weed-like plant that is low to the ground.
